i love reading what others are serving their families for dinner…especially those that are eating clean. so, i’ve started a new series on my blog where i will share what we’re having for dinners each week.
* i do allow for leftovers or an easy meal (those that i prep once a week) at least three times per week. i’ve significantly reduced our grocery bill each month by doing so. i try to stick to the fun cheap or free queen’s philosophy of spending $100 per person per month on food & supplies.
here is what’s on our menu this week:
M – grilled pollo asada tacos with sprouted grain tortillas & black beans
T – leftovers from monday night
W – hockey game & dinner with friends
F – leftovers from thursday night
SA – pesto ranch chicken thighs, mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots ** cheat meal
SU – chicken and black bean nachos for the kids. i will assemble the ingredients into a bowl for me and court.
