Last month we traveled to Orange County, California for 10 days to visit family. We had a blast on our vacation!
We spent a lot of time with our nieces Harper and Sawyer. It was so fun watching the kids play together and to get to know them a bit better.
We swam with them, had beach time, and lots of ice cream and dance parties.
Ella just loved Sawyer.
Our favorite time was spent at the beach. The kids loved jumping over the waves and digging in the sand.
We traveled down to San Diego and spent one of our days at Legoland.
We took the kids to Ruby’s Diner at the end of the pier in Huntington Beach for lunch one day. And stopped to watch the surfers and volleyball players for some time.
Court’s Great Aunt Butchie (otherwise known as June) and Uncle Bob came down from Northern California for a visit.
We took the ferry to Catalina Island one day:
One of the last days that we were there we headed back down to the beach to let the kids try boogie boarding.
Our last morning in Huntington Beach we headed downtown for breakfast at our beloved Sugar Shack. And then walked down to the beach to take a few pictures.
