My Dad and Stepmom gifted me an electric pressure cooker last year for Christmas.  When a girlfriend of mine had started posting about how she could make healthier foods in less time using her Instant Pot (I’m talking chicken going from freezer to table in 15 minutes) I suddenly remembered I had one of my own and began making clean pressure cooker dinners that saved me so much time!

I am not a huge fan of sitting down and meal planning and making out my grocery lists.  In an effort to save time I’ve created rotating meal plans to last me 6 months.
