We frequent a local burger joint called Hopbunz and I fell in love with this kale and arugula salad with chicken, avocado, watermelon, goat cheese, and sunflower seeds which they call the Kale Mary.  I’ve eaten it so often that I wanted to try to recreate it at home.

I crave burgers and fries which aren’t easy on the waistline.  When I am making burgers at home I make these lettuce wrap burgers to make them leaner.

Oven fajitas are one of our favorite meals to make at home.  Even my picky eater Hudson enjoys them.  We clean them up when on an Advocare cleanse or challenge by making them into bowls (layering chicken, peppers, and onions on top of black beans and brown rice) or wrapping them in lettuce.

This version of baking them in the oven is super easy and makes clean up a cinch!

These oven baked chicken fajitas are one of my favorite chicken recipes. Serve them traditionally with tortillas or make it a paleo recipe served in a lettuce wrap.View full post >>

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole used to be a household favorite of ours.  But, since our 24 day challenge we have been cleaning it up with a clean turkey meatloaf, mashed cauliflower, and steamed green beans.
