These chicken and pineapple kebabs are a summer favorite for us. Light, healthy, and easy to boot!
- - 1 lb chicken breasts
- - 2 cups of pineapple cubed
- - BBQ sauce
- Cut the chicken into cubes. Thread the chicken and pineapple onto the metal skewers. Brush with BBQ sauce. Grill until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve of cooked brown rice.
