I’m making an effort this summer to be more intentional with playtime with my kids. But, inevitably we get into a rut where we do the same things day after day. So, I’ve compiled a list of fun activities that we can add to our summer bucket lists. Let’s start making some memories!

1. Have a dance party!
2. Set up a play station: grocery store, vet’s office, or restaurant
3. Glow bath
4. Play hide & seek
5. Make homemade play-doh
6. Water balloon fight
7. Go fishing
8. Bake cookies
9. Squirt gun war
10. Make shadow puppets
11. Water park
12. Surprise them with sno cones after dinner
13. Family game night
14. Make a blanket fort
15. Run through the sprinklers
16. Sit and watch their favorite cartoon with them
17. Go rollerskating
18. Paint masterpieces
19. Go to a new park
20. Sidewalk chalk or paint
21. Go bowling
22. Catch fireflies
23. Jump in a bounce house
24. Play freeze tag
25. Go to the children’s museum
26. Tell them a silly story
27. Feed the ducks
28. Visit the aquarium
29. Ride bikes
30. Story time at the library
31. Make homemade ice cream

Becky B - I love to explore the great outdoors with my kids, go swimming, play on the swing set, run through the sprinkler, go for bike rides and have campfires!
