Dining Nook

Our dining nook is a multipurpose room for us. The kids not only eat breakfast and lunch there but also color, play games, Play-Doh, and do all kinds of arts and crafts.

I like to keep things like craft supplies and games at hand but not within plain sight. The tiered rolling tray in the corner acts as an art station which I talked about here.

The basket holds the kids coloring books:

One of the galvanized buckets on the bottom shelf is for the Play-Doh and accessories. And the other is for things like their Lego sets and a couple of board games that we have been playing recently.
