Advocare 24 Day Challenge Meal Plan

I am often asked for Advocare 24 Day Challenge recipes.  So today I am going to share my 24 Day challenge meal plan.

1.  Ginger Cilantro Baked Chicken with Butternut Squash and Brown Rice

2.  Turkey Meatloaf Muffins with Steamed Broccoli

3.  Chicken Tortilla Soup (omitting the plantains)

4.  Chicken Thai Stir Fry

5.  Chicken Fajita Bowls (Oven fajitas served over black beans and brown rice)

6.  Hummus Chicken with Zucchini and Onion

7.  Balsamic Vinegar Chicken with Fresh Tomatoes

8.  Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Sauce and Ground Turkey

9.  Stuffed Southwest Peppers (omitting cheese and corn)

10.  Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken with Steamed Broccoli and a Green Salad

11.  Rosemary Garlic Roasted Salmon and Roasted Asparagus

12.  Lettuce Wrap Tacos (omitting corn and sour cream)

13.  Grilled Herbed Chicken, Baked Sweet Potato, and Green Salad

14.  Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops (swapping vegetable oil for olive oil) over Cauliflower Mash with a Tomato, Cucumber, and Garbanzo Bean Salad

15.  Crockpot Turkey Chili (omitting corn, cheese, and sour cream)

16.  Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps.  Steamed Edamame.

17.  Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash (omitting blue cheese)

18.  Grilled Pineapple Chicken over Brown Rice

19.  Turkey Burger Lettuce Wraps with Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

20.  Lemon Chicken with Roasted Asparagus (using boneless skinless chicken and swapping wine for chicken broth)

21.  Fish Taco Bowl

22.  Crockpot White Chicken Chili (omitting cheese)

23.  Taco Salad (omitting cheese and making my own guacamole).

24.  Grilled Pesto Shrimp served over Brown Rice

Jenny Collier - I’m so glad you’ve found some inspiration, Joy Lynn. I did the challenge a year ago and felt all I ate was similar to what your menus were looking like. Over the last year I’ve found some pretty delicious recipes that I was happy to share. Advocare can be more than just grilled chicken & vegetables. Good luck with your challenge!

Shawn - I love the idea behind this and without having searched around your site much I have a question or 2.
In general how many people do these meals feed? I am a family of 3.
What about leftovers? Do you eat a new a different meal every single night for 24 days?
