This crockpot rotisserie chicken recipe is a favorite of mine to make. Paired with veggies and a salad it makes a quick and healthy weeknight dinner.

Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken

- 1 whole chicken around 5 pounds, insides removed and washed and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- aluminum foil
Instructions
- Roll up a few small balls of aluminum foil and place them on the bottom of the slow cooker to serve as a rack so it doesn’t touch the juices that will accumulate.
- In a small bowl combine the paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the seasoning mix all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken on top of the aluminum foil. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
