Last year my husband wanted to turn our 3rd car garage into a home gym. I wanted to share with you a little about how we created a space

We tried to think about the equipment we used most. Court lifts weights at the gym and my workouts usually consist of running (we have a fold-up treadmill inside the house) and bootcamp style HIIT workouts using light weights or mostly body weight.


It still functions as our garage so thinks like our vacuum, step stool, and tools still exist out there. But, it gets the job done. What would you add to your home gym?
