Menu planning and making my grocery list aren’t tasks that I just love. In an effort to save time in that area I came up with this six week healthy meal plan with free printable grocery lists. To help you and me both!

Week one:
- pesto chicken and green beans
- lettuce wrapped turkey tacos
- spaghetti squash and meatballs
- crockpot balsamic chicken with potatoes and carrots
- turkey meatloaf muffins and broccoli
Week two:
- rosemary & garlic roasted salmon with asparagus
- grilled lemon herb pork chops over cauliflower mash
- crockpot rotisserie chicken & green beans
- lettuce wrapped turkey burger
Week three:
- better than takeout fried rice
- tilapia, sweet potato, and broccoli
- lemon roasted chicken with garlic, capers, and artichoke
- spicy chicken chili
Week four:
- lettuce wrap carnitas
- crockpot thai peanut chicken
- tuscan creamy white bean soup
- bruschetta chicken and mashed cauliflower
- jerk pork with carribean salsa and brown rice
- marinated greek skewers & side greek salad
Week five:
- mustard balsamic baked chicken & roasted vegetables
- thai curry & clean chili over brown rice
- chicken apple sausage with peppers and sweet potatoes
- lemon thyme chicken & asparagus
Week six:
- bbq pulled pork over sweet potatoes
- grilled pineapple chicken with pineapple salsa, black beans, and rice
- salted tilapia with crispy zucchini noodles
- buffalo chicken spaghetti squash
