We’ve all seen those darling tassel banners at parties and such. Have you ever thought about making your own? I recently got a Martha Stewart fringe cutter and it makes making tassels so easy! Today, I’m sharing with you a DIY tassel banner tutorial.

Supplies needed:
- Martha Stewart Fringe Cutter
- Tissue Paper and Mylar
- String
Instructions:
Start by folding two layers of tissue paper or mylar in half. And then in half again.

With the measuring guide set to the length you want push down the arm, lock, and start cutting.



Continue down the length of the tissue paper or mylar.

Unfold the tissue paper and set one piece of fringe aside. Begin to roll tightly down the middle crease.


Fold in half and twist.

And then string your tassels together to create a tassel banner.
