FL&R

Erin @ Blue-Eyed Bride - This is so helpful, Jenny!

Anonymous - I would LOVE a menu without any chicken! My husband hates chicken and we are starting clean eating to help us in our efforts to get pregnant!

Carolyn Mullen - Thank you so much for posting this! Variety is hard. I can think of stuff to eat but it’s very hard to come up with different combinations. I never know what to eat for breakfast especially on the 10 day cleanse. Today is my second day and I have no idea what to have this morning!

Jenny Collier - Breakfast is tough. I will usually hardboil some eggs and eat a couple of those with a banana. I am also a fan of the meal replacement shakes on mornings where I am on the go.

Maya - I am starting with advocare later this week and am trying to finalize my recipes and portions. How do you decide portion size from these recipes?

Jenny Collier - I will usually enter in the ingredients into MyFitnessPal and base my portion sizes off of how many remaining calories I have for the day.
